4. Free Credits and Trials

We may offer free credits, free previews, or trial access. Free credits are promotional, may be changed or discontinued at any time, and may not be redeemed for cash.

Creating multiple accounts or using other methods to abuse free credits is prohibited.

5. Payments, Credits, and Billing

Paid features are generally offered through a credit system. One credit is typically consumed per processed video transcript request unless otherwise stated on the site.

• Credits are added after successful payment processing.
• Credits are generally non-refundable once purchased and added to your account.
• A credit may still be consumed when processing is attempted, including cases where the source has no transcript, is unavailable, or fails after work has begun.
• We may change pricing, packaging, or credit amounts at any time for future purchases.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the selected payment method.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use the service for:

• Research and analysis
• Content repurposing and editorial workflows
• Accessibility and note-taking
• Internal business or development use

You may not:

• Use the service in a way that breaks laws or infringes third-party rights
• Abuse rate limits, overload the service, or interfere with other users
• Attempt to bypass pricing, credits, authentication, or account restrictions
• Resell or white-label the service without written permission
• Create multiple accounts to evade limits or exploit promotions

7. Service Availability

8. Refunds

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
